This is a savoury pie Easter pie) That contains spinach, artichokes and eggs. While it originates in Italy, it is now popular in Argentina 🇦🇷 and other South American countries.

Pickled fish
This is a traditonal meal from South Africa 🇿🇦, which is usually eaten on Easter Friday along with Hot cross buns and salad!
Hot cross buns
You have probably seen these in every supermarket, as they are a favourite in Britain 🇬🇧. Raisins – do love them or hate them? Good news for the raisin haters is that there are so many hot cross bun variations now! Sophie’s favourite is chocolate and caramel 😍
Pizzelle
Nope, not pizza. This is pizzelle – a type cookie from Italy 🇮🇹 that is made with a waffle iron. These are beautiful and can be eaten as they are, or formed into bowls and served with ice cream and fruit – sounds delish.
